Seven Stages
Every project is different, so specific timelines are set during your consultation and proposal. What stays the same is how we work: clear communication, organized project management, and accountability at every stage.
We discuss your vision, your property, the features you are considering, and your goals for the space.
This is a conversation, not a sales pitch. We want to understand how you plan to use the pool, who will use it, and what matters most to you, so the design starts in the right place.
We develop the design concept, evaluate site conditions, and establish the project scope.
Slope, soil, drainage, access, and the relationship to the home all shape the design. We work through layout, depths, spa and water feature placement, and the surrounding hardscape.
We review project details, construction specifications, materials, and selections with you.
You will see what is included before construction begins: finishes, coping, decking, equipment, and features, so there are no surprises later.
We complete applicable permitting, scheduling, and construction preparation.
We coordinate permits and inspections with the local jurisdiction and plan site access, layout, and scheduling before the first day of excavation.
We manage each major construction phase and keep you informed as the project moves forward.
Layout and excavation, steel and plumbing, the pool shell, tile and coping, electrical, and decking are sequenced and managed by our team. Weather and inspections can affect timing, and we communicate any changes as they happen.
We complete the interior finish, start up the equipment, and finish the final project details.
The pool is filled, the water is balanced, and the equipment is started and checked. We complete the punch list so the space is ready to enjoy.
We review the completed pool with you and explain operation and maintenance.
We walk you through the equipment, controls, and routine care, and we stay available for the questions every new pool owner has.
We share progress, answer calls, and ask for your input on the decisions that matter, from design through completion.
Design, permitting, and construction are coordinated by the same team, so responsibility never gets lost between contractors.
Specifications, materials, and selections are reviewed with you before construction begins, and changes are discussed before they happen.
